The Team

Alexis Noelle - Founder, Photographer & Brand Strategist

Salt + Noelle was created by wildlife photographer and conservation storyteller Alexis Noelle, whose path to the ocean took a little longer than planned. Raised far from the shore in Pennsylvania, Alexis built a career in music and tech while always keeping a camera close and the coast in mind.

Now based in California, Alexis channels those early dreams into Salt + Noelle - a studio devoted to documenting California’s coastal wildlife and the places where people and the ocean connect.

We handle everything in-house, from fieldwork and editing to brand development and customer care. Through our images and stories, we hope to show that the sea belongs to everyone, and to inspire a deeper care for what we share.

Michael - Field Assistant

Michael is the steady presence behind the scenes at Salt + Noelle. He keeps shoots running smoothly - handling gear, managing logistics, and making sure we get where we need to go. Whether it’s early mornings on the road or long days in the field, Michael is the backbone that helps make every adventure possible.
