Alexis Noelle - Founder, Photographer & Brand Strategist

Alexis Noelle is a wildlife photographer and conservation storyteller whose path to the ocean took two decades longer than planned. Raised far from the shore in Pennsylvania, she built a career in music, technology, and education while keeping her love for nature alive through photography.

Now based in California, Alexis channels those early dreams into Salt + Noelle - her independent creative studio devoted to documenting California’s coastal wildlife and the places where people and the ocean connect.

At Salt + Noelle, Alexis leads every aspect of the business, from fieldwork and photo editing to brand development, operations, and marketing. She built the studio from the ground up, creating its brand identity, designing and launching its website and shop, and developing a complete digital marketing framework. Through her images and stories, Alexis hopes to show that the sea belongs to everyone, and to inspire a deeper care for what we share.

Michael - Field Assistant | App Developer

Michael supports Salt + Noelle as a steady presence behind the scenes. On shoot days, he manages gear, assists with setup, and handles technical logistics. Off the trail, he’s building Salt + Noelle’s custom mobile app - translating Alexis Noelle’s creative vision into a tool designed to support the brand’s next phase
